· Handle IBM India Business and Scale up.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good domain knowledge in Printing & Solutions will be an additional advantage
- IT knowledge to understand and position H/w and S/w solutions.
- Good Team player with skills to manage self & his / her business, independently.
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills to address Customer issues effectively.
- Good Concept/ solution selling skills with strong Presentation skill sets using power point & other relevant IT applications.
- Keen financial acumen to understand the financial impact of decisions on Customers & Ricoh.
- Should possess positive attitude, initiative and an ability to maximize Customer Satisfaction.
- Highly results driven, comfortable working in a fast moving and multi tasking environment.
· Exposure of handling pan India Commercial Key Accounts will be preferred.

Requirements for
Account Manager Jobs in Bangalore:
Total 5-7 with Min 3 to 5 Year handling Enterprise Large Account or Major Account Experience
Commercial Major, Key & Global Account Management designed to:
- Achievement of targets and business objectives
- Be a SPOC( Single Point Of Contact) for IBM India.
- Coordinate and deploy strategies through Ricoh various team located across India
- Deploy and implement Global Contracts and ensure uniform compliance and make sure No Customer SAT crops up.
- Share IBM vision / Issues to enable Ricoh to improve their offerings, in line with Customer’s requirement.
- Prepare and submit Account Management activity, forecast & process reports, as per defined schedule.
